Martifer Metallic Constructions is responsible for the manufacture, supply, and assembly of the envelope.

The scope includes 2,500 sqm of aluminium curtain wall, 1,500 sqm of bespoke curtain wall, with stainless steel mullions and transoms created by laser welding from sheets up to 20 mm thick, including cases with double-skin facades over 9 metres high. The works also includes aluminium and steel carpentry and more than 2,000 sqm of interior metal and glass cladding.
