Intervention
Martifer Metallic Constructions is responsible for the construction of the façades of the two buildings in the new Madrid Culinary Campus (MACC) complex.
The works include the construction of curtain walls, featuring a serpentine-shaped inner skin. To achieve this, special moulds will need to be developed to incorporate LED profiles that define the contours and interior finishes. In addition to the main façades, the works also include the construction of a double-height curtain wall on the ground floor, a façade in the inner courtyard and a frontage in the upper section (penthouse). Also of note are the tilt-and-turn windows, as well as the installation of various aluminium doors in the remaining areas.
