Martifer Metallic Constructions' intervention includes 7,438 sqm of modular frames, 3,569 sqm of curtain walling, 2,400 sqm of opaque modules, 11,900 linear metres of aluminium tubes, 10,588 sqm of finishing and cladding in aluminium plate. This work corresponds to lots nos. 03-0 and 03-3 of the contract work.

Edenn is an 8-floor office building with commercial areas committed to sustainability. It is a bioclimatic building with a mixed wood-concrete-metal structure.
