Martifer Metallic Constructions is responsible for supplying and assembling 33,000 sqm of façade. This is a 9-storey office building with contemporary architecture and a 360-degree glass façade.

The work includes the supply and installation of glazed façades, a riveted façade on the north-west entrance, aluminium sheet cladding and revolving doors at the entrances. They also include cladding in Corten steel panels on floors 0 and 1, cladding of the exterior false ceilings in Knauf panels, fire stops between floors and cladding of the counter-façade of the roof parapet.
